1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bookily ("the Service") at bookily.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Bookily.

2. Description of Service

Bookily is a free link-in-bio platform designed for YouTube creators. The Service allows creators to create a public profile page displaying their YouTube channel statistics, recent videos, past brand partnerships, and collaboration pricing. Brands and companies can view these profiles and submit pitch inquiries directly to creators.

Bookily is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free functionality will remain available at no cost.

3. User Accounts

To use Bookily as a creator, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may not use another person's account without permission. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your channel or brand partnerships
• Impersonate another creator, brand, or person
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the pitch system
• Attempt to circumvent or interfere with the technical operation of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the platform without written permission
• Use the Service to promote illegal products or services

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

5. YouTube Data

Bookily integrates with the YouTube Data API to display public channel information such as subscriber counts, video titles, thumbnails, and view counts. By connecting your YouTube channel, you authorize Bookily to access and display this publicly available data on your profile page.

We only access public data that is already visible on YouTube. We do not access private videos, messages, account credentials, or any data beyond what is necessary to populate your Bookily profile. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you provide to Bookily, including your profile information, biography, and pricing details. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Bookily a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the Service.

The Bookily name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of Bookily and may not be used without our prior written consent. Video thumbnails and channel data displayed on profiles remain the property of the respective YouTube creators or YouTube/Google LLC.

8. Disclaimers

Bookily is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular brand deal will result from using the platform.

Bookily is a discovery and communication tool. We are not a talent agency, and we do not participate in, broker, or guarantee any brand deal or partnership arranged through the platform. All agreements between creators and brands are solely between those parties.

Channel statistics displayed on profiles are sourced from the YouTube Data API and may be subject to minor delays. We do not warrant the real-time accuracy of any metrics shown.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bookily and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of revenue, brand deals, data, or goodwill.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of Bookily after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
